I am Bay Area native with some New England roots!

I grew up in Walnut Creek and Orinda and graduated from Cal. So, if I happen to bellow out a “Go Bears” during the show, it’s in my DNA!  I’m still waiting for a Rose Bowl bid BTW!  #Patience

I spent my first 16 years as a sportscaster, a journey that took me on a nomadic media run through Eureka (KIEM), Manchester NH (WMUR), Boston (WLVI), Detroit (WJBK) and back to Boston (WFXT)

I watched the Red Wings win the Cup, the Red Sox break the curse, Larry Bird earn title #3, and some guy named Brady win a few Super Bowls.

I made the move to news in 2001 right before 9/11 and covered all things New England for the next 10 years from New Hampshire primaries to the passing of Senator Ted Kennedy.

After spending 26 years back East, I finally got the call to come home in 2011. You probably heard my family cheering in the East Bay!

After working five years at KPIX, I landed at KTVU in April 2016.

I anchor the weekend edition of Mornings on 2, and absolutely love what I do.

If I’m not at KTVU you’ll probably find me at Tahoe, Fenton’s Creamery, AT&T Park, Tildon Park Golf Course, the Delta, or Seacliff Beach.

The Bay Area is simply THE Best!!
