Current PSAs

KTVU & TV36 accept public service announcements (PSAs) both in written form and on video tape.

Video PSAs
Pre-produced video PSAs are accepted on BETA format only. We do not accept PSAs on VHS, DVD, or three-quarter tape.

Video PSAs may be :10, :15, :20, :30 and :60 in length.

If your message is about a dated community event, your tape must arrive a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks prior to the date of your event.

Video tapes are processed once every 6 to 8 weeks.

Please send supportive materials about the non-profit organization, a copy of your 501.c(3) license and if possible, a copy of the script.

Tapes are not returned.

Community Billboards
We air a limited amount of public service community billboards that are :30 & :10 in length. We also post events in our online community calendar.

You may submit written press releases with specific details about your upcoming community event.

Please include the Who, What, When, Where and Why. Also include a contact name and phone number where we can reach you during business hours.

Press Releases must reach us no less than 4 weeks in advance of your event date.
