Letter from NYC Comptroller to SF Mayor on "Stop/Frisk"
KTVU obtained a letter from New York City Comptroller John Liu to San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee, where he advises Lee to avoid implementing stop and frisk, saying it has, "poisoned the relationship" between police and communities of color in New York. On Tuesday, Lee announced that the city would not implement the policy.
