Opinion regarding unsealing of trial video in Prop 8 case
Siding with California's same-sex marriage ban supporters, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco issued this opinion Thursday, ruling the public doesn't have the right to see the footage from the Proposition 8 trial.
