Letter SF Utilities to residents affected by sinkhole construction

On Saturday, March 2nd, three homes were deemed unsafe for occupation (“red-tagged”) by the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection due to voids underneath the rear foundation slab of the homes. These homes will remain closed to occupation until investigations determine that the soil conditions and ground settlement stabilizes.
