Society gives the message that youre on your own, and there is something wrong with you if you look or act a certain way. In this participatory workshop, we will seek to understand the psychology of oppressed and impoverished communities through a socio-cultural perspective. The workshop will have an open dialogue and begin to challenge how we understand mental well-being.
