Be The Light - Please Consider Making a Contribution Today When a child is diagnosed with a serious illness, the world can seem dark and scary, we invite you to “Be the Light”.  Please join us and support of Children’s Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition (CHPCC), an organization dedicated to improving children’s access to community-based comprehensive care. In 2009, CHPCC launched California’s new Pediatric Palliative Care Benefit, which enables children and their families to receive comfort care in the home alongside curative treatment at the hospital.  With pilot programs in ten counties, including San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma, CHPCC is transforming the lives of families that previously faced insurmountable challenges in caring for their children at home. Let’s shine together so that California families have the support they need to care for the light of their life.
