The Cinema Department and the Broadcast Electronic Media Arts Department (BEMA) at the City College of San Francisco are hosting their second annual film festival on Thursday, November 8th with two showings at 7pm and 9pm at the Roxie Theater in San Francisco.
The festival is composed of an integrated program of work from media students of City College who are working towards a career in film or video. It includes a selection of work from the City Shorts Festival, which is a student-run film festival that screens each year at the Diego Rivera Theater.
The 9pm showing of the festival program will be followed by a networking party at 518 Valencia, The Eric Quezada Center for Culture and Politics. It will be gathering of emerging Bay Area media talents, complete with refreshments, music and raffle prizes.
