Topic Description California Healthcare Institute (CHI) is reporting a decline in biomedical employment in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2008: “Approximately 6,300 biomedical jobs, or 2.3 percent of California's biomedical workforce, have been lost across the state, when biomedical employment peaked at approximately 273,559 jobs.” Even PhD and Masters’ holders have difficulties finding positions. Clinical trial professionals need to find solutions to enrich their skillset to stay in the job search game and match demanding employer’s expectations.
