This workshop will help navigate your WebEx site, show you how to coordinate meetings as a host, and join meetings as an attendee.
Youll learn how to schedule a meeting as well as how to choose collaboration features to interact with meeting participants.
Participants can join online by following these steps:
1. Go to http://webexutraining27.webex.com
2. Locate class by class title
3. Click Join
4. Enter password, webexsjsu
5. Audio instructions will be provided once you join online
