She will be here to share tea and give a talk on her first book Without Consent.Without Consent is a thriller, but it’s also a satisfying love story about renewal and hope.Virginia R. Degneris a retired social worker and former newspaper reporter. She and her husband are parents to three and grandparents to four. She has a masters degree in clinical psychology and is working on her next book
