  The Sikh community has been in California for more than 100 years and in the US even longer. There are approximately 20,000 Sikhsresiding in our County. As a result of their growing population and increasing wealth they are becoming a religious and political powerhouse in Santa Clara County, the East Bay and in California  politics.The Sikh Gurdwara in San Jose is the largest Sikh temple outside of  India and has become a spiritual attraction for Sikhs and spiritual tourists from around the world.Please bring your lunch and join us to hear a panel of distinguished speakers and to learn more about the emerging influence of this community. We will provide the dessert! Panelists include:1.  Jessi Kaur: Sikh community leader2.  Narindra Pal Singh: Member of Sikh Gurdwara of San Jose 3.  Granth Bajwa.
