Parca February 2013 Parent NetworkingParca's "Be Inspired" Series: From Personal Interests to Personal Power Ionela Brown came to the United States as a 3 1/2 year old who could only say 2 words in Romanian and not knowing how to hold a crayon or how to play. Now 18 years old, she will share with you how she began writing in a journal, using electronic tools like You Tube and her Ipod to learn how to handle noises that bothered her and to calm herself. Using her computer and Shutterfly, she began to pull it all together -- creating books containing her photos and words. Ionela intends to be an author as one of her careers. Please join us in learning abut the extraordinary progress and dreams on one amazing young woman. You will BE INSPIRED.
