You are cordially invited to be an exhibitor at the 2013 San Francisco Summer Resource Fair. This event is a perfect opportunity to showcase the work you do with youth and to reach out to potential summer program participants for all ages. Last year's event boasted over 3000 attendees looking to enroll in great summer programs. This event is sponsored by the Mayor Edwin Lee, San Francisco Unified School District, The Department of Children, Youth and Families, San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department, and SFkids.org. The event takes place on Saturday, March 9, 2013 from 10am to 2pm at Everett Middle School, 450 Church Street in the Mission. Participation is FREE to all exhibitors and attendees. Organizations may set up at 8am the day of the event. There will be no exhibitor entertainment this year due to space limitations, except for activities that can be done at your assigned table. Due to the change of venue and limited space, the deadline to RSVP and have your organization included in the event program is Friday, February 1, 2013. Once we have filled to capacity (which may be before February 1), your organization will be placed on a wait list. Priority will be given to San Francisco organizations that are offering camps and programs for the summer of 2013.  We appreciate you filling out the accompanying questionnaire when you reserve a space. Please keep in mind the following regulations, per Everett Middle School:- Due to space limitations, each organization will only be allocated one 6-foot table and one chair (with the exception of multi-location organizations like SFRP, YMCA, Beacons who will exhibit together).- WiFi and electricity will not be available at this event.- No live animals out of cages. And towels or mats must be under cages.- No selling or soliciting.- No cooking with fire without securing proper permit from Everett Middle School.- No wall hangings, tape, paint, etc.- Your table placement may be in one of the school gyms where high heels will be prohibited and non-marking shoes will be required.
