On Feb 9th the Attitudinal Healing Connection will be holding a community wellness and healing workshop in Oakland. The event will be held at 3278 West St. from 2:30PM-5:00PM. This meeting will be facilitated by Kokomon Clottey author of “Mindful Drumming: Ancient Wisdom for Unleashing the Human Spirit and Community Building. The meeting will be themed around community building trough mindful drumming and rhythmic consciousness. Drums will be provided for participants. Admission fee is $20.
