Ed has recently presented his view of Lean Project Management at the Engineering Leadership Special Interest Group of SVForum. He has successfully deployed Lean Project Management as a consultant and also a R&D VP at Coloplast, a Danish medical device company. Ed will lead a discussion of Lean principles in managing projects and portfolios, and how he has leveraged them in various environments. Ed has also served as an executive at Novell and KPMG. He received his PhD in Operations Management from Purdue University.
