WAYNE W.WANG (PhD/MS/BS,JCDC&JCTC), is the Founder and President of American Career Development Institute and author of seven books. Since 2008, Dr. Wang has been a pioneer in promoting career development training and certification among the Chinese American community in USA. He has successfully launched career development coach training and certification programs in China with CIIC (China International Intellectech Corporation) Human Resource Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (中国国�™�技术�™�力合作公司), a Top Ten global HR service company. Dr. Wang, who was a software engineer during the earlier phase of his career, has in the past trained and guided countless young corporate professionals to achieve better clarity in their career pursuit. He has been cited in several editions of Marquis “Who’s Who in America” since 2001. EDWARD L. WANG (MBA/BA, plus Harvard Business School and INSEAD Executive Education Programs), was most recently a senior consultant at two leading US-based global executive search firms – Heidrick & Struggles and DHR International. He has in the past successfully recruited talented executives to fill CEO, CFO, VP, GM, Country Manager and functional head positions. His clients have included MNCs, listed firms, privately held companies and PE-backed ventures from Asia, North America and Europe. In addition, having earlier served as General Manager, Country Director, Marketing Director and Regional Sales Development Manager at Coca-Cola, Hershey’s, Kraft and Kellogg’s respectively, Edward has cumulated much first-hand knowledge of, as well as in-depth exposure to, numerous industries and functions to enable him to offer a broad perspective and practical insights on leadership, talent management and career advancement.
