The American Red Cross is holding a public blood drive at Patelco Credit Union in the American Red Cross Bus, 5050 Hopyard Road, Pleasanton. Call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or go to redcrossblood.org (Sponsor Code: PATELCO) to schedule an appointment.
Blood is needed by accident and trauma victims, premature babies, and patients undergoing treatment for cancer and many other life-threatening diseases. Volunteer blood donations help to ensure blood is there when it is needed. One donation may help save the lives of up to three people.
