Please join us for our Annual Founders Dinner! This is a wonderful opportunity to honor the work PTAs across the city do every day in our schools and communities. We will be presenting numerous awards, honoring Reflections Program winners, enjoying student performances, introducing our newly formed PTAs, and hearing from a special keynote speaker (details to be announced soon).You can bring your principal, PTA board members, and anyone else who has contributed to the goals and mission of PTA. Socializing with fellow PTA leaders across the district can't be missed! We are so very lucky to have such a committed group of parents, teachers and community leaders here in SFUSD.We are also currently taking nominations for Honorary Service Awards. Do you know a teacher, a parent, or a community partner who has given in a significant way that has improved your school? That may be in time or vision, behind the scenes or in front. Please write a paragraph about why you would like to see him/her recognized this year, and send it to president@sfpta.org by February 11th. We are also looking to recognize a PTA that has created a notable program, instituted an effective way to engage parents, had significant recent growth in participation, or anything else worth recognition. Please feel free to nominate your own school.
