Its me Larry Chiang. This event DJ's up two awesome concepts: Stanford Entrepreneur Week and SXSW.
I have this theory that SXSW can be launched at for not a lot of money. In the same way I helped students inside of ENGR145 launch at Google IO, VentureBeat, TechCrunch August Capital, TechCrunch DISRUPT NYC, etc.
Pre-rolling, pre-promotion and pre-paring is critical before you step foot in Austin Texas for the tech conference SXSW Interactive. To execute my theory that SXSW can be launched at on a shoestring budget, for $880, or $217, or $460... I will be event secretary-ing you for this annual event.
It is annual in that it takes place just once per year. Startups Robert Scoble (and me) interviewed at last year's event at Stanford and the year-before-last 2011 SXSW Preview at Stanford.Plot spoiler: these were huge success at SXSW
Uber and Foodspotting are two examples of companies that Scoble picked to talk to at Stanford University before they launched at SXSW
Who will be this year's SXSW winners? RSVP and Find out. And email me, the event secretary, to apply! email = larry @WhatTheyDon't TeachYouAt StanfordBusinessSchool dot com
