Storytelling is simple, but it's not easy.
What storytelling is not: A story about an employee who worked
80 hours a week. A story about an employee who made his or her
sales numbers. A sea of facts does not tell a story.
What storytelling is: Personal stories about employees who
overcame obstacles or went the extra mile. Human interest tells
How can research be delivered in a more compelling, relevant
way, through visual strategy and story-telling? Create words,
photos, drawings, iconic images and videos to present complex
human personas, needs and patterns. Through these means data
becomes narrative storytelling, and therefore, relevant.
Stories spread. Facts don't.
