Can an octopus walk on land? Find out the answer to this and other octopus related myths at Aquarium of the Bay during Octopalooza. You can learn all about this amazing animal during regular “octo talks” and even get the chance to see octopus enrichment activities led by an Aquarium biologist. In the Bay Lab, get the inside scoop on cephalopods as Aquarium naturalists lead squid dissections. Extra-curricular activities for the week include a showing of Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus during Bad Movie Night (21+ only) and a Humboldt squid (aka, the jumbo squid) dissection led by Squid4Kids. Free with Aquarium admission; $18 for adults, $10 for children and seniors
