Hosted by Hermelinda Sapien, Executive Director of CET, Casa Vargas Productions invites you to a special reception introducing the film IMPACTO! sponsored by the prestigious San Francisco Film Society. IMPACTO! Chronicles the sixty year legacy of the Chicano/Latino social justice movement in Silicon Valley. Film and stage director Luis Valdez will be the guest speaker along with other longtime activists featured in the film to tell their stories of empowering community and the significance of this film. IMPACTO! is produced by Adrian Tepehua Vargas and directed by Mario Del Castillo. Movie trailers will be shown. Two hour Validated Parking available at Pv Downtown Parking Lots, including parking lot at 4th and San Fernando.
