Description/ObjectivesThis talk will give an overview of Non-Profits and Foundation Funding and insights on what it means to university research.ObjectivesDiscuss that traditionally Non-profits and Foundations have funded research with “friendly” money that generally had terms and conditions require little to no negotiation and were easy to accept for educational institutions.Discuss the changes that have occurred in Non-profits and Foundations and the accountability they have to their donors. What does this mean to those who receive Foundation and Non-Profit money?
