Currently no evidence exists to show that diet can eliminate PMS symptoms. But some nutritional advice can help you cope.

Avoid or limit caffeine, which can increase tension and irritability.
Eat more complex carbohydrates including breads, cereals pasta and potatoes.
Remember to maintain a normal eating routine. This helps avoid overeating.
