Fearing for her safety, the daughter let go of the computer cords and Magallanez ran out of the residence with the Computer tower. Magallanez was last seen leaving this location in a newer model Black Chevrolet Silverado pick up truck with a ladder rack and a thin strip of red LED brake lights just above the rear bumper. Miguel is believed to be hiding in Mexico. There is both State and Federal arrest warrants issued for Miquel's arrest for the murder of Yesenia.
