Officials say that over 30,000 runners participated in the 102nd Bay to Breakers Sunday morning and as of noon that day, San Francisco Police had yet to report any notable incidents.

Runners in Pleasant Hill also showed their support for Boston Saturday. The store Fleet Feet put the run together and 45 people took part in the 2.6-mile-run participants were encouraged to donate to victim aid groups. Local businesses were also making donations.
