According to the Centers for Disease Control, more than a third of American adults are not getting enough sleep on a regular basis.
Beginning next week we will all be getting an hour less when the clock springs forward. Dr. Michael Breus is a clinical psychologist with a specialty in sleep disorders.
He joined us live Thursday morning on KTVU the 9 to discuss the importance of getting a little shut eye.
