Desert Heat—Jalapeño Margarita

Yield: 1 serving

1½ oz. Tequila
3 chunks Muddled cucumber
1 slice Jalapeno
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup

Method: Muddle (crush) cucumber and jalapeno in lime and simple syrup, add tequila with ice, shake, and fine strain over fresh ice.

Garnish: cucumber wheel and jalapeño slice
