San Jose Man Arrested In Street With Pants Down

SAN JOSE -- A man spotted in the middle of a San Jose street early Friday with his pants down was arrested for allegedly being under the influence of narcotics and resisting arrest. The man, whose name has not been released, was booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail. Officers found the man in the middle of The Alameda at Keeble Avenue at about 2:33 a.m. The partially clothed man allegedly became combative with officers and tried to attack them, according to a police report. An officer deployed his Taser stun gun and with the help of other officers took the man into custody.
