Bernal Heights Shooting Seriously Injures Man

SAN FRANCISCO -- A man is in serious condition after being shot in his car Friday night in San Francisco's Bernal Heights neighborhood. The shooting was reported at about 10 p.m. in the 900 block of Ellsworth Street, police said. Police are searching for at least two suspects who opened fire into the victim's car, wounding him twice in the back. The man is being treated at San Francisco General Hospital.
