San Jose Police Investigating Third Homicide In Less Than A Week

SAN JOSE -- San Jose police are investigating the city's third homicide in less than a week. Police say a man died at a local hospital after being shot around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. The name or age of the victim has not been released, and no suspects have been identified. The fatal shooting follows a triple shooting Tuesday night that left three men wounded. Wednesday's shooting is San Jose's 12th homicide of the year. The first killing took place on Feb. 2.
