SAN FRANCISCO -- Two cabs were allegedly racing and bumping each other as they raced down Fulton Street in San Francisco late Monday night before they crashed into parked cars, a witness told KTVU.

The crash occurred around 11 p.m. as the cabs raced to the bottom of the hill on Fulton and Arguello where they careened out of control and into a group of parked cars in the 3500 block of Fulton, the witness told KTVU.

Arriving police officers, questioned the drivers who suffered minor injuries. The crash remained under investigation.
