SACRAMENTO -- A statewide Amber Alert was issued at 10:30 .a.m. today for a 3-year-old boy who was allegedly abducted by his father in Sacramento.

The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in locating Alexsander Olteanu and his abductor, 28-year-old David Olteanu.

Alexsander is a white male, 3 feet tall, 35 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a yellow T-shirt and underwear.

David is a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 195 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

The two were seen in a dark blue Chrysler 300 with California license plate 6DBR388. The suspect is possibly armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the boy or his father is asked to call the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department at (916) 874-5115.
