SAN FRANCISCO -- San Francisco police Thursday announced the arrest of two men for the murder of a 53-year-old man in the city's Tenderloin neighborhood on Wednesday. Weiland was repeatedly punched at Turk and Taylor streets at about 2 a.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene. At least one of the suspects rummaged through Weiland's pockets before fleeing, police reported. Hannah was arrested for homicide, while Cooper was arrested for both homicide and robbery. The two were arrested near where the beating occurred after witness accounts led to the identification of Hannah and Cooper.
