One-Alarm Fire Contained At Lincoln High In SF

Firefighters remain on the scene of a one-alarm fire Thursday night at a San Francisco high school where about 200 people had to evacuate during a graduation ceremony.

The fire started just after 8 p.m. at Lincoln High School on 24th Avenue and Quintara Street in the Sunset District.

Firefighters reported smoke coming from a storage room in the basement when they arrived. West Portal Elementary school was holding its graduation at the high school.

There was no word of any injuries.
