Posted: 9:45 am PDT June 16, 2009Updated: 10:25 am PDT June 16, 2009

Two San Francisco men and an Antioch woman are among six people who have been indicted by a Marin County grand jury in connection with the September murder of San Francisco businessman Tong Van Le at his Novato home.

Novato police and the Marin County District Attorney's Office are not releasing the names of the indicted suspects until they appear in Marin County Superior Court.

But according to the Marin County jail booking log, Larry Brian Blay Jr., 19, and Sean Demetrius Washington, 23, both of San Francisco, were arrested in San Francisco Monday for conspiracy to commit murder, murder with special circumstances, and conspiring to prevent by force and preventing by force a witness from testifying.

Anchulita Germaine Uribe, 34, of Antioch, was arrested in San Francisco Monday for being an accessory.

The three other people indicted are juveniles.

The three adults are to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. today in Marin County Superior Court. The juveniles also face prosecution as adults, Novato Police Chief Joseph Kreins said this morning.

Marin County District Attorney Ed Berberian and Kreins said the three juveniles and two of the adults face the possibility of life in prison without parole for murder under special circumstances. Prosecutors have not decided whether to pursue the death penalty for the two adults.

Le, 44, was fatally shot inside his Lexus in the garage of his home at 53 Pizarro Ave. in Novato on Sep. 13.

He was a witness in a case filed by San Francisco prosecutors against Larry Blay for second-degree armed robbery and the burglary of Le's Nassar Market at 511 Crescent Ave. in San Francisco on Aug. 23. The case against Blay was halted after Le was murdered.

Police and the district attorney's office will hold a news conference on the indictments at Novato police headquarters late this morning.
