Parking Officer Hit in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- San Francisco police are looking for a hit and run driver who struck a parking enforcement officer early Friday morning.It happened around 3:00 am at the intersection of Third and Mission in downtown San Francisco. We're told the driver ran a red light and hit the enforcement officer's cart causing it to slide 25 feet before landing on its side.The officer was taken away in an ambulance and his condition is unknown.Police are interviewing witnesses to the accident.
