San Jose Police Officers Under Investigation

SAN JOSE, CA -- Four San Jose police officers are now under investigation, accused of using excessive force during the arrest of an unarmed college student.A cell phone camera captured the controversial incident. In it, 20 year old Phuong Ho can be heard screaming as he is beaten with police batons and tasered. Earlier that night, Ho got into an argument with a roommate and waved a steak knife at him. But he claims when police arrived he was calm and cooperative.San Jose Mayor Chuck Reed, as well as a City Councilman also expressed concerns about the incident.The four police officers have been placed on administrative leave as the investigation continues.
