Vacaville Man Arrested Selling Drugs Around 6-Year-Old Son

Narcotics officers searched a home in Vacaville Friday and arrested a 27-year-old man after discovering a cache of drugs and a marijuana growing operation, both in the presence of a 6-year-old child.

At about 4 p.m., drug enforcement officers investigating marijuana sales served a warrant on Christopher Stouffer at his home at 171 E. Deodara St., according to Vacaville police.

A search of Stouffer's home allegedly yielded one pound of processed marijuana and concentrated cannabis, ecstasy pills and more than two ounces of cocaine.

Officers also reported finding 162 young pot plants in an indoor grow room outfitted with lighting, ventilation and irrigation, according to police. Evidence of suspected drug sales and a little more than $475 in suspected proceeds were confiscated.

Solano County Child Protective Services also removed a 6-year-old child who was at home at the time.

Stouffer was arrested and booked into Solano County jail for possession of cocaine for sale, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of ecstasy pills, cultivation of marijuana and child endangerment.
