What is ALS?: Neurology professor explains

In the wake of an announcement by 49ers great Dwight Clark that he has been diagnosed with ALS, Dr. Cathy Lomen-Hoerth, a neurology professor at UCSF, spoke to KTVU FOX 2 News @4 about the disease and its symptoms.
