Man Trapped Under BART Train At Glen Park

SAN FRANCISCO -- A major accident on the BART line left a man pinned beneath a train at the Glen Park Station, a transit agency official said.
BART spokesman Ron Rodriguez said the incident was first reported just before 4 p.m. and caused
major train delays to the East Bay and Peninsula. But by 4:32 p.m., the station was reopened.
Rodriguez said that some residual delays to those area were still expected as the trains get back on schedule.
A dispatcher with the San Francisco Fire Department said the injured man was taken to San Francisco General Hospital in extremely critical condition.
