Homicide investigators were at one of San Francisco's most popular tourist spots -- Twin Peaks -- early Monday after a man was found shot to death.

According to Sgt. Neville Gittens of the San Francisco Police Department, witnesses heard gunfire and saw a black sport utility vehicle fleeing the scene around 1 a.m. today. It has not been determined whether the driver of the SUV was involved in the shooting.
