Accident on westbound I-80 at Powell St. exit has three lanes blocked
EMERYVILLE, Calif. (KTVU) - UPDATE: All lanes on westbound I-80 in Emeryville opened back up around 7:15 p.m. following a two-car accident that blocked three lanes of traffic, according to officials.
The crash happened near the Powell exit in Emeryville.
No injuries were reported but traffic delays were significant.
