A's, Warriors games expected to snarl traffic
There is a lot going on in the Bay Area sports world this week, which will impact Tuesday evening traffic with fans heading to the Coliseum and Oracle Arena.
Both the A's and Warriors have home games Tuesday night. The A's continue Game 2 of their opening series against the Chicago White Sox at 7:05 p.m., while the Warriors have a home game against the Minnesota Timberwolves at 7:30 p.m.
The A's said the parking lot will open at 4 p.m. with the gates for the Coliseum opening at 5:35 p.m.
Generally parking for an A's home game on Tuesdays is free. Due to the Warriors game, the price of parking Tuesday is $30 in the shared lot.
The two teams have home games again on Thursday.
