Bay Area Forecast: Rain tapers off, flooding continues

The widespread rain is beginning to taper off as we head into Tuesday afternoon. 

In addition to the rain we've strong gusts of wind. KTVU's Rosemary Orozco say although the rain is tapering off we will continue to deal with runoff and flooding. 

There is a Flash Flood Watch for the North Bay, coast and Santa Cruz Mountains until 4 p.m. 

St. Helena above flood stage, while Napa is expected to be above flood stage later this afternoon.

There are also advisories over Sonoma creeks for areas like Sebastopol, Rohnert Park and Petaluma.

There is also a warning for Alameda Creek at Niles Canyon in Fremont.

San Lorenzo Valley is having flooding concerns at Felton Grove in Santa Cruz County.
