Bay Area woman witnesses Barcelona terror attack

OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - The Barcelona Promenade this weekend is a site of mourning and remembrance. 

One Bay Area woman joined us via Skype from Spain to give her emotional account of the terror attack in Barcelona.

She says, "Nobody is going to back down from this." 

13 people were killed when a van drove through the crowd, including one man from the Bay Area.

Hundreds were injured and many witnesses the attack. 

One woman at the scene was Jordan Fisher, from San Francisco.
