OKLAHOMA (FOX) - Dramatic video was released showing an out-of-control driver slamming into a police officer's car in Oklahoma.
The footage was captured on the officer's body cam.
Sand Springs police were trying to catch an SUV reported stolen when Officer Matt Stacy was hit.
Officer Stacy says he had just gotten out of his car in an effort to lay down tire spikes when the vehicle moved in to his lane, and rammed into his car.
The force knocked him down, but he was not hurt. The video shows him gets back up and start running.
Another officer was able to catch up to the SUV when it finally stopped.
The driver was eventually taken into custody.
