SOLANO COUNTY, Calif. (KTVU) - A grass fire that burned 4,700-acres over the weekend is flaring up. Black smoke could be seen emanating from the Branscombe Fire early Monday evening in Solano County.
The fire was 70 percent contained. Solano County Sheriff's Department said two structures have ignited at the edge of the burn zone. It was not clear if the structures were homes or outbuildings. Officials stressed this is not a new fire.
The fire began Sunday morning Southeast of Suisun City. No injuries have been reported.
