Bus driver critically injured in Oakland crash
OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - Oakland police say an AC Transit bus driver was critically injured in a late night crash.
It happened just after 11 p.m. near Jack London Square, on 10th Avenue and Oak Street.
Police say it appears the bus driver swerved to avoid another vehicle, when the bus crashed into a tree, and a parked car.
No one else was hurt.
Several streets were shut down for hours, while police investigated.
